Room in South Campus Apartment Summer Sublet

Hello! I am subletting my room in a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom south campus apartment for this summer (female only). The room is furnished and is available from the end of May/beginning of June to the end of August. The apartment is two floors and has a... large kitchen and living room, and there is a washer/dryer in the building. It’s super close to campus - only a three minute walk to the BU photonics building - and it’s a five minute walk to the Saint Mary’s Street T stop. The other roommates are three female BU students.

Rent is $1,515/month + utilities (typically around $30-45/month depending on usage). Feel free to message me if interested (email is best because I am currently abroad)!
