Owner, BU faculty, looks for a BU affiliate (student, staff, faculty,...) to rent and housesit the house at a very affordable rent, while away in Spring-Summer 2025.

The rent of $1,000 is below market level (normally c. $2,700–3,000) as it is for 8... months and in principle for one person. Usually this is a rent price for a room in Framingham, and the owner offers use of the whole house and yard.
Utilities gas, water. electricity, wifi to be covered by the renter (to be discussed). The house has central heating and central airco.

Available to BU affiliates from about December 30, 2024 to circa August 27, 2025 (some flexibility). Rent directly from the owner.
