Open room on Woodstock Ave, Brighton

Brighton Sublet into Lease 07/01/2025 - 08/31/2026

I am looking for someone to sublet the remainder of my lease from July 1st (could be a couple weeks earlier) through August 31st, and then continue into a 1-year lease from September 1st, 2025... through August 31st, 2026. So this will effectively be a 14 month lease. The cost per month is $1,050.

- The unit is the first floor of a two floor house and has a total of 4 beds and 2 baths; each bath has its own shower.
- In unit washer and dryer
- 5 minute walk from the B line, 10 minute walk to the C line.
-10 minute walk from most bars/restaurants in Allston, and Washington Square
- Utilities/Heat are paid separately and average around $50/month per person
- Private parking spots available and included in the rent

The other tenants are three guys and are re-signing for next year's lease. Two are working professionals and one is a PhD student at BU. They are all clean, respectful, and friendly.
