Looking for a new Roommate! Quiet 3 bed in Washington Sq

Hello! We are looking for a roommate to fill the other room in a 3 bedroom apartment since our amazing roommate is moving for grad school! The apartment is located on a quiet street in Washington Square in Brookline, a short distance from the c and d... lines. The room opens up ~6/15. The room available is the biggest of the 3 rooms .
About the place:
- Apartment is located on the top (3rd) floor of the building (lots of stairs, unfortunately not accessible)
- The kitchen is newly renovated and has some nice storage! There is a disposal and a dishwasher.
- There are 3 bedrooms and an office. All rooms are big enough to have a double/queen bed, a desk, and a dresser. The available room is the biggest of the three with a fireplace but has no closet
- There is also a small bonus room I use as an office for me to study, but obviously other roommates could use if needed! I pay a bit more in rent to have this extra room.
- Heat and hot water is included, but we need first month, last month, and security deposit to move in
- There is paper money operated laundry in the basement of the building
- I have a cat, but she does not like other cats, so no pets (unless it’s like a fish or gecko or something).
- There may be parking available, it depends on if the management company has leased the other open spot.

About us:
Roommate 1:
- I’m Emma, I’m 25 (almost 26) and finishing up my graduate program right now. I am looking for a job in clinical research for next year, which might be hybrid. I am pretty quiet, I don’t really go out that much. I sometimes have friends over for dinner or such or have my girlfriend come over, but I do not usually have parties. I don’t mind if my roommate has friends over at all/goes out a lot, as long as you aren’t super loud late at night! Will totally be fine with the occasional party too.
- A cat lives here (Emma’s!). She is super sweet/friendly, and will probably get emotionally attached to a roommate, so I’d appreciate someone who likes cats and is not allergic! I take care of her and her litter box is in my room. All you’d see around the apartment is a bed or some toys and I’d probably leave a bowl of water out for her somewhere in the common area
Roommate 2:
- I’m Cindy! I'm 24 (25 in the summer) and work hybrid in clinical research at Dana-Farber. I am a respectful and quiet roommate. Occasionally, I'll have friends over to hang out or stay over for a weekend. I am so open to being friends with the people I live with (movie nights, baking sessions, morning coffee chats). I don't mind my roommates having friends over or having friends spend the night when visiting. Some things I enjoy are nice evening in with a book, a wine night with friends, f1 race sunday, barre, and figure skating.

- As far as mess, we should not live with someone who is extremely neat. I don’t do anything such as leave food in the sink for days, but I am sometimes someone who will leave some clutter around for a few days. I am not a slob, but I’d appreciate living with someone who is okay with a bit of clutter sometimes.
- LGBTQ+ friendly please :)
