2 Grad students looking for another student to join our Sep 1 lease. Apartment is very close to 57 and 66 bus lines, and not too far from B line.

Bedroom will also be available for subletting starting in July. July rent is $1300.

Rent will be... increasing to $1350 per room starting in Sep 1.

Apartment is a recently renovated 3 bed with 3 en-suite bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. Kitchen has dishwasher, living room has washer/dryer. Rooms are pretty nicely sized, especially for the price.
