Three BR windows face west. Oval windows face north and south.

Furnishings include single bed, armchair, round table, bookcase, bureaus.

Owners are quiet professional couple.

Rent guaranteed for a year. All electric kitchen: under-counter refrigerator, hotplate, toaster, microwave in handsome Ikea unit. Dishes and pots and pans and flatware provided. One set of sheets and towels provided. Washer dryer available in basement.

Walking distance from BC Law. Biking distance from BC.
Close to Cambridge by car or two buses, and fast to Boston on 57 Bus (goes past BU to Kenmore Square for Northeastern or Harvard Med School students).

Faculty or grad student preferred. No pets, no smoking. One-year lease required but accommodation can be made for emergency departures (by paying remainder of a semester's rent). One month deposit in advance.
