Jamaica Plain Apartment

Hi! My roommate and I are currently looking for someone to join us in our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Jamaica Plain. This apartment is right on the border of Mission Hill and is just steps away from public transportation (bus and T stops). The... rental period is 9/1/2025 to 8/31/2026 and the rent for the room is $1,466.66 with hot water included. Wifi and electricity are approximately an extra $50-100/month.

The building has many amenities, including a rooftop deck with propane grill, a game room with a pool table, conference room/lounge area, laundry room and fitness center.

We are currently looking for a female roommate aged 22 - 27. We are looking for somebody who is neat, willing to share chores and the cost of supplies for the apartment (paper towel, cleaning supplies, etc). Here is a little bit about us:

My name is Deja and I'm from Toronto, Canada. I have been living in Boston for almost a year and I'll be starting dental school at Boston University in July. Some of my hobbies include watching basketball, doing my makeup, watch TV and playing video games on occasion. I'm a night owl so I usually go to bed pretty late unless I have to be up super early in the morning. I'm pretty introverted but I'm definitely open to being friends with my roommates :)
