ISO Female Roommate for 8/1 start

We are looking for another person to join our house for next year with an 8/1 move in. Here is a little bit about it.

-$1350 per person for a 4bd/2bath
-off of Commonwealth Ave near Aberdeen
-< 5 min walk to the green line, 30 min commute to... BU
-in-unit laundry
All of us will either be graduate/phd students or working full time! One of our roommates has one dog and one cat, so pet friendly is a MUST (other animals welcome). All of us will be new to the area, so we'd love for everyone to be friends! We are very clean, especially in common areas. Our unit will be on the 3rd floor. We've already signed the lease, just looking for a fourth roommate. Up-front costs will include your portion of the broker's fee, security deposit, and first month's rent.
