Furnished Studio Apartment walking distance from Harvard, MIT, and BU

The apartment is a fully furnished studio apartment with two rooms: one bedroom with a bed, comfortable chair with ottoman, dresser, desk, and a kitchen (four-burner gas stove, toaster oven, microwave, fridge, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, etc.)... with a table and chairs for two people. The bedroom has carpet on the floor and there’s a tile floor in the kitchen. There is also a bathroom with a shower. There is no door between the two rooms so there’s limited privacy if two people are in the apartment. The total size for the apartment is about 330 square feet. A couple can live together in the apartment as long as they know space is limited. There's a minisplit for cooling in the summer in the summer and there are radiators for heating in the winter with a thermostat in the apartment. A washer and dryer are available in the basement of the building to use for no additional cost. The cost for heat, water, electricity and Wi-Fi are included in the rent, so there are no additional costs to the rent. The apartment has its own entrance door, and nobody shares the bathroom. It is a garden-level apartment, which means that it’s partly underground. It has a window in the kitchen and one in the bedroom, but there’s no direct sunlight. However, there are plenty of lights in the apartment and we take pride in keeping it cozy and clean. The house where the apartment is located (115 River Street in Cambridge) has four apartments including the apartment mentioned. We own and live in the house, and our apartment is located above the apartment you’re interested in. This means that you will hear us sometimes, but we are pretty mellow people. We like to go to bed early. The area is very safe and there are plenty of food stores, restaurants, etc. within a few minutes’ walk.If you want to rent the apartment, we will send you a contract and ask for a $500 deposit to be paid through a personal check or PayPal. The deposit will be used as part of your last month’s rent.
