Seeking female graduate student or health/medical professional or undergraduate to occupy one available room in a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, currently shared with all female BU graduate students in various programs. Previous roommate graduates... in December. Start date: 1/1/2025

Apartment is located on 2nd floor in a quiet residential area, 3 min to BU Athletic Center and BU shuttle bus , 5 min to Subway B-line, near bus lines (66, 57, 64), supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Kitchen equipped with garbage disposal, dish washer, refrigerator, stove and microwave. High ceilings, hardwood floor throughout. Central A/C. Nice yard. Laundry in basement (washer is free to use). Well maintained building and responsible landlord.

Each bedroom is furnished with one Full-size mattress with bedframe, drawer, nightstand, desk. Kitchen/living-room furnished with dinner tables, chairs, and couch. Bring your own bedding/sheets/pillow/accessory. This house has three apartments and is currently occupied by BU graduate students. The 3 apartments have identical layout.

Utilities cost (electricity/gas/internet) is not included, will be about $70 month average depending on usage. No agent fee.
