Comm Ave Summer Room Sublease

I am looking to sublease my room to a young woman, ideally grad studnt for the Summer:

The room and apartment are fully furnished and equipped (microwave, fridge, oven, stovetop, pans, utensils, etc.). The roommates are 2 female international grad... students at BU (finance and computer science), they are very friendly and like to keep the apartment neat and clean (we have a cleaning schedule and take turns for cleaning the common spaces).

There are several washing and drying machines available in the basement to do the laundry.
The apartment is on 5th floor and the building has an antique elevator that works really well.

The location is very convenient, right next to Packard's Corner T stop, about 15/20 min away from BU classes by T or 20/25 min walking. Star Market is only a 5 min walk away. A large choice of restaurants and stores is also available right around the corner, on Harvard Ave.

The room is available starting with May 25th (the earliest) until August 31st.
The lease renews next September and I chose not to continue because I am moving in with my partner, so in case you would need accommodation for the following year or Fall term, that is also a possibility!

Monthly rent: $1200. Everything is included in the rent except for electricity and Wifi which run for about $100/month, that we divide three ways.
