Brighton Apartment, close to BU campus

Large Bedroom for rent in a 3B 1.5 Bath apartment (1st floor). The room receives lots of sunlight with 2 large windows. The previous tenant will leave the single-size bed, study table (with a monitor), chair, heater, AC, and closet behind. The living... room has a sofa and a dining table—and a large kitchen equipped with 2 fridges, an oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Two graduate students (males) in their late 20s and early 30s live in the house. The roommates have stayed in the apartment for more than 2 years. They are usually in their rooms, and the house is quiet. The lease starts from the 1st of August until the end of July next year (can be renewed). The laundry machine is in the basement of the building. No undergraduates or pets allowed.

The apartment is right next to the Sutherland Rd station (B line MBTA station), an 8-10min walk to the Cleveland Circle (C-line), and a 15min walk to Reservoir (D and E line). It is close to many cafes and restaurants (Indian, Mediterranean, and Thai). A convenience store is across the street. WholeFood Market is 1 stop away (or walk for 15min). The Reservoir (for jogging) is 15 minutes away.

Landlord requires a background and credit check. Upon signing the lease, a 1month and last month's rent are required as a security deposit. The utilities (electricity, internet, gas) are shared among the housemates. Heat is provided by the landlord. Parking space is available for rent.
