APARTMENT IN ALLSTON-BRIGHTON AVAILABLE JANUARY 1ST

ABOUT THE APARTMENT
The rent is $1175/month. It in Allston-Brighton, located a 2 minute walk from the Allston St stop on the B line. Features beautiful sunlight, spacious kitchen, pantry, and trees... right outside of your window. Located on the top floor, quiet neighbors and very cozy. Move-in January (or earlier if requested) and the lease runs through August 31st.

Amenities include: 10,000 BTU AC unit in your room, laundry in-building, hot water and gas included. Wifi is $12.50/month. Gas is the range of $6-12/month. When the AC isn't running, electric is $16-20/month. In the summer with AC running in both bedrooms, its $30-40/month.

The woman you will be living with works in consulting and is very friendly and tidy! She also has two adorable and social cats, both just a little over a year old! Unfortunately, no more pets are allowed. The room is unfurnished, but I've included a couple furnished photos to give a sense of the space :)

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Someone with experience with cats, or willing to learn! My roommate is sometimes out of town, and someone to help her look after the kitties would be a huge help! Should be okay with occasional overnight guests (and my roommate will give you that same flexibility in turn)! Ideally a woman or non-binary/LGBTQIA+ person in their 20s.
