Well maintained 2-bedroom apartment available on BEALS STREET, Coolidge Corner in Brookline. This is a privately-owned apartment – one unit of a two-family house on a residential street, being rented by the owner. No agencies or management companies involved. Window air conditioners are available for each of the two bedrooms and are installed by the owner each summer and removed before winter.
