Sublet for very cozy apartment in Mission Hill (July - August/2025). Great for young individuals who are looking for housing close to the city. The apartment is located 10 minutes' walk from the orange line (Jackson Square), the green E-line (Heath... St.), and near many bus stops. The neighborhood is very quiet and welcoming with many shops, grocery stores, and restaurants nearby.

The apartment itself is $1200 per month and has a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and an in-unit laundry/dryer. All utilities are included. Cleaners come monthly. The shared areas are fully furnished. The room for rent is very spacious, with a closet, and is also furnished.
You will be living with 3 young professionals. We are all very clean, LGBTQ+ and gender friendly, and usually keep to ourselves. One of our roommates does have a cat. We would like a roommate who is also clean and mends well with the rest of us.

The landlord is very nice and very attentive to any issues with the apartment. Upon signing, you will only be responsible for both months' rent.
