Very cozy apartment in Jamaica Plains Area. Great for young individuals who are looking for affordable housing. The apartment is located 10 minutes' walk from the nearest T station (Stony Brook, Orange Line) and near many bus stops. The neighborhood... is very quiet and welcoming with many shops, grocery stores, and events nearby.

The apartment itself is $825 per month and has a kitchen, 1 bathroom, a living room, an in-unit laundry/dryer, and a large basement for storage. Air conditioning and heaters are built into the apartment and are brand new. The shared areas are fully furnished. The room for rent is very spacious with a closet.

You will be living with 3 male-identifying adults who are young professionals. One roommate is a professional and a part-time graduate student. We are all very clean, LGBTQ+ and gender friendly, and usually keep to ourselves. We would like a roommate who is also clean and mends well with the rest of us.

The landlord is very nice and very attentive to any issues with the apartment, usually responds within a few hours by text. Upon signing, you will only be responsible for security deposit and first month rent.
