Hi, I am urgently looking for another female roommate to take over my current roommate's lease to share a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom unit in Dorchester (near South Bay Mall). The total rent is $2650 per month ($1325 per person). Utilities are not... included in the rent and are shared between both tenants. Queen size bedframe and desk included.

The place is recently renovated and there is a dishwasher included.
The laundry is in the basement of the whole complex.

Please note that the current lease is until August 2025 but there is an option to renew it.
