Hey everyone! We’re looking for one awesome roommate to move into our spacious 3-bedroom apartment on the first floor in Brighton, starting September 1.
About the... apartment:
• $950/month (utilities not included)
• First-floor unit with a big backyard
• Spacious bedrooms
• Street parking available (need neighborhood parking permit)
• Laundry in the building
About us:
• I’m a PhD student at Boston University (34 years old)
• The other roommate works remotely for a bank (28 years old)
• We’re chill, respectful, and like to keep common areas clean
• We share the space with a super sweet, high-energy dog (so dog lovers are a must!)
About you:
We’re hoping to live with someone who is outgoing, friendly, clean, direct, and definitely not passive-aggressive. Bonus points if you’re someone who enjoys the occasional roommate hang but also respects downtime.
