Hi! We have one room available in a triplex in JP beginning in January 2025 though 8/31/2025, with the option of resigning the lease.

From the apartment it’s about an eight-minute walk to the Green Street T station, ten minutes to the Stonybrook T,... a fifteen-minute walk to Centre Street, and is close to nearby breweries, cafes, and Franklin Park.

This spacious apartment has hardwood floors throughout, a living room, built-in, one bathroom, eat-in kitchen, dishwasher, laundry in unit, a pantry, two porches, and plenty of storage space. No pets, no smoking. Must be ok living with a dog as we have one very friendly pup. Rent for the room is $1175/month, not including utilities (gas, electric, and internet).

The roommates are a couple in their 30's. One is a recent BUSPH alumni who works in the area, the other is going back to school for computer science.

This space is ideal for a graduate student or young professional. We are looking for a roommate who is clean, friendly, and respectful.
